The city will host its 15th annu- al Family Festival along with Waste Management’s 20th annu- al Pollution Prevention Fair and Healthy Rialto’s sixth annual Fitness Day. Festivities will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Rialto City Hall, 150 S. Palm Avenue in Rialto. The center just celebrated the decade mark Saturday and has plenty of activities to keep its wise visitors on their toes. Courtney Playhouse stage A new production has hit the stage at the Sandy R. Courtney Community Playhouse in Rialto. Aria’s, written by Robert Merrill and directed by Christopher Diehl, premiered Sept. 7. The production will continue its run through Sept. 29. Aria’s, a play about family, love, loss and new beginnings, stars Lisa Shannon, Mark Sanfilippo, Deborah McFatter, Kerry Jones, Mike Truelock, Jackson Capitano, Scott Morrill, Rowan Harris, April Bittner, Charity Wiese, Sabrina Wiese, Enrique Garcia, Anthony Bittner and Jeff Hemmerling. Performances are scheduled for 8 p.m., Sept. 20, 21, 27 and 28. Matinee shows are set for 2 p.m., Sept. 22 and 29. Tickets at $15 general admis- sion and $12 for seniors and stu- dents. The Sandy R. Courtney Community Playhouse is at 150 East San Bernardino Avenue in Rialto. For ticket information call 909-873-8514. Market Night set for Sept. 25 H ealthy Rialto will host its monthly Market Night Sept. 25. Local farmers and merchants will be on hand selling fresh fruits, vegetables and eggs along with other food items. Vendors and information booths along with kid-friendly events will also be available. Healthy Rialto’s next Market Night is scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m., Oct. 23.
