ACCOMMODATIONS&LAYOUTRhapsody’s interior must be experienced to be fully appreciated; it feels like that of a 90’ vessel. She

has three guest staterooms aft, plus a crew stateroom forward, four heads and showers. The master

is opulent, with a large centreline king, an adjacent couch of 5' length, an office desk, large book

cases, storage lockers, drawers, mirrors, etc. PLUS an in‐suite WC and separate shower. The salon

defined the future for many later yachts by other builders in that the geometry is impressive while

still providing large stowage spaces outboard and below. The galley and laundry room are equally

impressive, the galley being very much capable of providing gourmet meals to many guests or

family.

All new (2007/08) European quality bed covers; bed linens in French designer fabrics.

The entire interior is both air conditioned and heated by reverse cycle dual compressor system with

new Passport Elite controls at all six zones. All overheads are an easily cleaned white soft vinyl.

Lighting upgrades include many fixtures converted to LED.

Cabin soles are varnished teak and holly Cabin Soles custom installed by Ross Yachts in finely chosen

teak and holly. There are black out shades for all new hatches (2011) and new designer coverings for

the opening ports. Custom flush hatches for the side cabins were installed new in 2009 and

eliminate any trip hazard on the side deck.

Overall, she has a wonderful, large interior for superb entertaining and living. The entire interior was

decorated professionally and is simply high‐end.

MASTERSTATEROOMThe FULL BEAM master stateroom occupies the entire aft portion of the yacht with a comfortable

settee, built‐in writing desk and many bookshelves, very large hanging lockers large deck hatch and

numerous opening ports. There is a newly installed Apple TV, DIRECT TV and a 21" flat screen TV.

The in‐suite head has a beautiful vanity and Vacuflush head. There is a separate stall shower with

glass door. This area is more similar to the luxury one would expect from a much larger yacht. The

King sized bed with new durable foam mattress is, at a minimum, giant and is decorated in hi end

fabrics and lovely furnishings.

There is a linen closet forward in the hallway leading forward.

GUESTSTATEROOMSNext forward there are two ensuite staterooms on either side of the passageway; each with Apple

TV and 21" Flat Screen TV. Each has a head with stall shower, and each are mirror images of the

other. Each has a full size to queen size berth with plentiful stowage, hanging lockers and drawers.

SALONNext forward is the large, raised, main salon with two large settees, an L‐shaped to port and a U‐

shaped to starboard arranged around dining table. Large flat screen TV with DIRECT TV and Apple

TV. Located in aft starboard section of the saloon, a large bar has a drink refrigerator and ice maker,

abundant bottle, glass and wine storage with drawers and adjacent storage cabinets. Dining table

seats 8‐10 around U‐shaped settee to starboard... Fixed settee in L‐shaped to port; bar with U‐Line

125Vac Ice Maker, refrigerator 12V and 120V; Glass and bottle storage; Entertainment centre

GALLEYForward to starboard is the gourmet galley with large custom refrigerator, in‐counter freezer, large

sink, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and voluminous storage space.

LAUNDRYROOMOpposite the galley is the laundry room with new front loading washer and separate dryer, storage,

lockers, access.

CREWAREACrew accommodations include port side bunks, large V‐berth with Apple TV and 21" flat screen TV.

Crew quarters share a private head and shower.

STORAGEFORWARDAnchor locker for stowage of anchor and 400' of new galvanized chain is ahead of the crew

stateroom.

display with inputs from the internet, radar system, chart system and other, that is easily operated

and 350GB Hard Drive, as well as a Mac Mini Computer with 3tb hard drive to act as media server to

DECKThe deck of Rhapsody is truly a lesson in deck planning and design. It is large with three primary

seating, entertaining areas including aft Stainless steel custom seating with new Foam cushions in

the corners of the pushpit comprised of beautifully built integral benches; a foredeck entertainment

area, just as readily used for handling sails or having cocktail parties.

There are custom flush mounted Freeman hatches on the weather decks and all new Lewmar

hatches installed in 2011. Winches and hydraulics overhauled in January 2011.
