PErC.

We are an ambitious group of engineering professionals with

Key Management

Certifications:Mr. Pir Saad Ahsanuddin has over 18 year of investment banking, private equity and entrepreneurship experience

both in Pakistan and internationally with blue chip institutions. He is considered a pioneer of PE in the ME. Part of

three member founding team that raised a USD 730 million PE fund focusing on regional investments under

Emerging Markets Partnership (EMP) umbrella. He also served as the Vice Chairman/CEO of Punjab Board of

Investment & Trade (PBIT). He also served on BOD of Privatization Commission of Pakistan – concluded 35

transactions worth USD 4.5 billion in banking, energy, manufacturing, telecom and industrial sectors. Mr Ahsanuddin

graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University with a dual degree in B.Sc.(Hons) Engineering and a B.A.

(Hons) Business Economics. He also has a MBA from Harvard University.

Mr. Zia-ur-Rehman had great career in spanning over 40 years in APDA and NTDC and rose to slot of Managing

Director of NTDC from June 2013 to March 2014. He is highly educated and an outstanding engineer of Power

Sector of Pakistan. His has varied experience from procurement and project management to power market

operations. During his tenure at NTDC he has been involved in virtually every IPP in Pakistan.

Mr Sharaft Ali Sail is a prominent figure in the power sector of Pakistan. He recently retired as CEO LESCO and

during his tenure spanning over 40 years in WAPDA he has served all across Pakistan. He has a great in depth

understanding of Power Sector of Pakistan.

Mr Muhammad Shoaib has got rich over 15 year experience of energy sector covering virtually the entire spectrum of

Power generation from Solar to Wind to Thermal. He has delivered 200 MW of Wind Farms, involved in 250 MW of

solar parks and over 600 MW of Thermal power plants. Furthermore he has worked in oil and gas sector for

organizations such as Chevron, Shell , Exxon JGC etc.

Mr Umer Raza has got years of experience working in energy sector and have worked for organizations such as

Exxon, JGC, Chevron etc. He has been involved in construction of windfarms exceeding 150 MW capacity and over

600 MW combined cycle thermal power projects

Mr Zulqarnain Mustafa has 25 years power sector experience he is successfully delieverd 760 MW Combined Cycle

Power Plants for major IPP of Pakistan, Nishat, Attock Gen, Liberty etc and a total of 1200MW power plant in middle

east with largest being 600 MW plant in Jordan. He further facilitated clients in financial closure tariff negotiations and

project executions. Furthermore he extended O&M support to Power Plants in Pakistan totaling to over 500 MW.

Mr Mustafa Shahid has 25 years experience of working specialized civil job through out north America with

organizations such as SNC Lavillin

Mr Muhammad Imran holds a bachelor degree from University of Manchester. He has extensive experience in

business development and has successfully develop roll out plans for operations in Pakistan for organizations like

Rolls Royce, Vestas and Tractebel Engineering(a GDF Suez Company)

Integrators is still in its infancy however our team has collectively delivered project globally across

four continents with the project totaling to over USD 20 billion for multinational such as Wartsila,

Scope Split


Broadly speaking the Idea is find synergies between our organizations hence work

out the a detailed framework for cooperation on the projects. A 2000 feet high view

shall be that we shall provide foots on the ground and do the onshore bit of the

projects along with the equipment supply if the client requires we can give a

complete turnkey /EPC Project.

However, a detailed RACI matrix/ Scope split is recommended once there is

principal agreement on cooperation.
