Attracting, retaining and developing the best employees is of great importance, particularly in challenging economic conditions. ensuring those employees have the appropriate competencies and capabilities to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively is crucial.

Competency is a combination of experience, training and qualification. Capability identifies particular skills that will make an immediate difference.
