EXOAIR POLARIS - TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONefficiency (COP), extra large vaporizer of epoxy treated aluminium with copper tube, low r.p.m. special fan, 2 speed, termo sta tic expansion valve, service connection, pressure switches, starting equipment and motor protection.

EXOTROL – CONTROL UNIT FOR EXOAIR POLARIS AND EXOTANKThe ExoTrol unit is mounted close to the ExoTank and connected to the electrical control box by 3x400 V, N and earth 20 A, 4 mm2. The included cables with multipole pin connectors are connec-ted to ExoAir Polaris and ExoTank. The elctrical installation is easy, fast and safe as the cable con-nectors fit the corresponding contacts on ExoAir Polaris and ExoTank and can not be mixed up.

ExoTrol contains:• Connections and motor protection for heating cartridge and compressor • Automatic fuses 3x10 A• Circuit board with processor• Display panel with push buttons• Switch for heating cartridge

ExoTrol controls: • Compressor• Circulation pump, cold and warm side• Heating cartridges, 2 pcs. • Shunt valve

Temperature sensors:• Inside, outside and inlet temperatures• Water temperature in the tank • Hot gas sensor

Settings are made by push buttons and display to minimize the energy consumption while main- taining the heat comfort.

Display:• Times, current values, desired values, and operational information• The alarm shows reason and remedy• The room sensor has a LED that flashes at alarm. The display shows the alarm fault.• The heating cartridges can be manually opera- ted by two switches. Even the shunt valve can be set manually.

ExoAir is an air/water heat pump for private houses and small premises. Cooling agent R404A. The unit fulfils current regulations for cooling equipment, electrical installations, pres-sure vessels and CE-marking.The heat pump is delivered in a complete unit that only needs external connections for water and electricity.

The products are developed for operation with an accu-mulator tank and also together with other heating sources in the Euronom system FlexiFuel, which utilizes energy for distribution when necessary.

The heart of the system is the ExoTank VPS, a bivalent shunt which is possible to connect to other energy sour-ces such as solar energy collectors, pellet boilers, kitchen boilers, wood boilers and district heating and which always has the cheapest kind of energy as a priority.

THE CONTROL SYSTEMExoAir has a processor based control system for optimal control of the heat pump and supplementary heating. The heating consumption is minimized as the supple-mentary energy is connected only when necessary. You determine yourself the temperature of your hot water.

THE HOT WATER IS LEGIONELLA ENSUREDThe ExoTank VPS warms the tap water in the double heating exchangers. The unique diffusor ensures the temperature separation. This means that there is never a large stagnent volume of tap water in changeable tem-peratures where legionella bacteria can thrive. Exotank VPS warms the tap water directly as it flows through, which is the best guarantee that you always get a fresh and bacteria free water to the shower and other points.

LONG LIFE TIMEExoAir heat pump has longer operational periods when it is connected to ExoTank VPS. Longer operational peri-ods and fewer starts and stops give a longer life time.

EXOAIR POLARIS - TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONefficiency (COP), extra large vaporizer of epoxy treated aluminium with copper tube, low r.p.m. special fan, 2 speed, termo sta tic expansion valve, service connection, pressure switches, starting equipment and motor protection.

EXOTROL – CONTROL UNIT FOR EXOAIR POLARIS AND EXOTANKThe ExoTrol unit is mounted close to the ExoTank and connected to the electrical control box by 3x400 V, N and earth 20 A, 4 mm2. The included cables with multipole pin connectors are connec-ted to ExoAir Polaris and ExoTank. The elctrical installation is easy, fast and safe as the cable con-nectors fit the corresponding contacts on ExoAir Polaris and ExoTank and can not be mixed up.

ExoTrol contains:• Connections and motor protection for heating cartridge and compressor • Automatic fuses 3x10 A• Circuit board with processor• Display panel with push buttons• Switch for heating cartridge

ExoTrol controls: • Compressor• Circulation pump, cold and warm side• Heating cartridges, 2 pcs. • Shunt valve

Temperature sensors:• Inside, outside and inlet temperatures• Water temperature in the tank • Hot gas sensor

Settings are made by push buttons and display to minimize the energy consumption while main- taining the heat comfort.

Display:• Times, current values, desired values, and operational information• The alarm shows reason and remedy• The room sensor has a LED that flashes at alarm. The display shows the alarm fault.• The heating cartridges can be manually opera- ted by two switches. Even the shunt valve can be set manually.

ExoAir is an air/water heat pump for private houses and small premises. Cooling agent R404A. The unit fulfils current regulations for cooling equipment, electrical installations, pres-sure vessels and CE-marking.The heat pump is delivered in a complete unit that only needs external connections for water and electricity.
