While [my awesome nonprofit] benefits from substantial core program support from the public sector,it has had few discretionary dollars to support agency management needs, further burdeninginfrastructure capacity. As we have not been able to manage our growth in a healthy way, our abilityto provide responsive, effective services to veterans in need has been hindered.

Each workshop will include an opening exercise, interactive learning activities, and evaluation. Cultural

awareness, education, and humility will be integrated throughout all workshops. The first workshop will

serve as an orientation and grounding meeting and will include some of the following topics: series

overview, rationale and basic premises, guiding principles, hope and expectations, visioning activity, and

important terms.This generous grant allocation of $20,000 will allow [Us] to serve our veterans better and more

efficiently. We measure the success of our benefits and advocacy services when a case is resolved. I hope

[your foundation] shares our excitement for the Planning and Capacity Building Project. It will lead our

organization toward a brighter future for the men and women who served our country and suffer the

lasting wounds of war.
