RFI 17/18-L Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association Opened: September 11, 2017

The District will recognize Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association’s claim to be the distributor for secondary schools in the state of Florida for the ServSafe materials as stated in their sole source letter a result of no contests being submitted during this RFI. This RFI was broadcast nationwide to over 25 organizations registered for this commodity. We will continue to recognize this for 1 year, at which time we will again verify this claim and post another RFI for those who may wish to challenge.
