staging criteria (“selection rubric”– Not Staged– Stage 1– Stage 2– Stage 3– Stage 4– Stage 4A– Stage 4B

(begins when staging is released in ISAM (likely in September) and ends on December 7, 2012*

Stage 1 – will complete all documents by December 7, 2012 and retain locally• Subject to submission request by TEA
