Rezydencja La PlataLa Plata is Silver in Spanish and was used for many location names by the Spanish when they conquered Argentina.

La Plata is one of the main rivers in Argentina and also the region of Buenos Aires

The inspiration for the building has clearly been drawn from the 30ies and 40ies Buenos Aires by the Polish-Argentinian architect Hernan Gomez www.studiogomez.pl

Rezydencja La Plata stands out with its contemporary design that makes use of both modern and classical features, straight lines and gentle curves, smooth surfaces and organic brick panels, wood, glass and steel.

This unique combination makes an everlasting design that has its own strong identity still with respect to the traditions of Stary Mokotów.

Rezydencja La Plata is located in the heart of Stary (old) Mokotów.

This is one of the most prestigeous residential areas in Warsaw.

Mokotów boasts a rich history and tradition that can be proven by numerous historic sites and monuments.
