A Few important Remarks associated with the Rewards for JEE Advanced :

1. Students will have to submit their roll number / application number / hall ticket number / registration number or / and

any other relevant detail to their respective FIITJEE Centre, to retrieve the result of JEE Advanced as soon as they receive

it from the concerned exam conducting body. Students must submit it to FIITJEE Centre before the JEE Advanced Test

date. Failure to do so will disqualify the Student from getting the rewards.

2. The Rewards will be given on the basis of JEE Advanced Rank to Students who studied in a FIITJEE Program for

JEE Advanced and such Students will not be eligible for any Reward based on JEE Main Rank.

3. The total above-mentioned reward amount with respect to the All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Advanced will be paid to

the Student in 5 installments (4 equal installments every year, over four years of Graduate / Integrated Studies and

1 installment only on providing the details of the organisation which the Student would be joining).

4. The rewards are for the Students who get Ranks in JEE Advanced as mentioned above, in the Common Merit List only.

5. You will be acting as the brand ambassador of FIITJEE in the Institution of your study, post-securing a rank in

JEE Advanced.

* In case of AITS, if a Student takes less than 50% of AITS tests then, only 25% of the Reward shall be payable.

6. You will be the brand ambassador solely of FIITJEE and will be promoting FIITJEE only. You and your parents cannot

promote or give credit to any other Coaching Institute (by providing testimonials or in any other form). Any breach in

this, will lead to discontinuation of the Reward.

7. The first installment of the Reward will be disbursed within a few weeks of JEE Advanced Results. To be eligible to

get the further installments of the Reward, you must achieve a grade point of 8.5 (or equivalent grade point applicable

for the University / College you are studying at) or above in every semester. However, if you contribute towards

promoting brand FIITJEE continuously, waiving off the condition of securing 8.5 or above grade point in every semester

may be considered. The respective centre heads approval is a must for the disbursement of each installment of the

said exam.

8. On the day of JEE Advanced result, you will be required to be present at the FIITJEE centre you are enrolled at,

immediately after the announcement of the result.

9. After JEE Advanced exam, all potential successful Students will be required to work exclusively to promote FIITJEE

except during a short vacation with their family and completion of joining formalities at the institutions they are likely

to join.

10. Once the JEE Advanced result comes out, your time will be exclusively for FIITJEE, except the counseling & joining

formality work at the institutions you are likely to join.

11. You will devote a minimum of 20 full days every year during your summer vacation, winter vacation or other

holiday / vacation to serve FIITJEE by addressing seminars / workshops for the current FIITJEE Students as well

as prospective FIITJEE Students. You may also be required to participate in various Electronic, Print Media,

Talk Shows etc.

12. All FIITJEE Students receiving rewards / financial assistance from FIITJEE, for their studies may get substantial saving

that they can use for various other scholastic purposes. If certain money is saved and is used for any purpose other than

education, the same may be intimated to FIITJEE for record purposes. In case the savings from the reward is used as

seed capital to start your own ventures, then you may voluntarily give some founders’ stake to FIITJEE. The stake may

be recorded in the name of FIITJEE Ltd. FIITJEE may use its network & resources to market & promote your venture, its

product, and services on mutually agreeable terms & conditions.

* In case marks are given instead of Ranks, then we will consider the Marks to decide Ranks. However, if two Students secure

the same Marks or same Rank, the next Rank will be eliminated while calculating final Rank e.g. if 3 Students secure Rank - 7,

then after Rank - 7 the next best Rank would be 10.

In case where both Ranks & Marks are not declared / conducting body of the respective exam does not officially declare the

way through which Rank or order of merit of Students can be determined, then an equal Reward (of value as mentioned above

for Rank Range of 101 - 200) will be given to all NTSE Scholars / KVPY Fellows.

Note 1: Only those Long-Term Classroom / Integrated School Programs Students or Elevate Crash Course Students who maintain

a minimum of 90% attendance in classes till the end of respective Program will be given the reward.

Note 2: Incase of NTSE Open Test Series 100% attendance is a must in all the Tests.

1. Students will have to submit their roll number / application number / hall ticket number / registration number or/

and any other relevant detail to their respective FIITJEE Centre, to retrieve the result of NTSE / KVPY as soon

as they receive it from the concerned exam conducting body. Failure to do so will disqualify the Student from

getting the rewards.

2. NTSE : The total reward amount (mentioned on page 7) with respect to the All India Rank (AIR) in NTSE will be paid in

4 equal installments during study in Class XI / XII at FIITJEE. In case, marks are awarded instead of Ranks, then we will

consider the Marks to decide Ranks (please see page no. 7 for more details). The first installment of the Reward will be

disbursed within a few weeks of NTSE Results. Maintaining 90% attendance in classes is mandatory for disbursal of every

installment of the Reward. The respective centre heads approval is a must for the disbursement of each installment of the

NTSE Scholarship.

3. KVPY : The total reward amount (mentioned on page 7) with respect to the All India Rank (AIR) in KVPY will be paid in

4 equal installments with the gap of every 6 months. The first installment of the Reward will be disbursed within few weeks

of KVPY Results. Maintaining 90% attendance in classes is mandatory for disbursal of every installment of the Reward. The

respective centre heads approval is a must for the disbursement of each installment of the KVPY Fellowship.

4. You will be a brand ambassador solely of FIITJEE and will be promoting FIITJEE only. You and your parents cannot promote

or give credit to any other Coaching Institute (by providing testimonials or in any other form). Any breach in this will lead

to discontinuation of the Reward.

5. On the day of NTSE / KVPY result, you will be required to be present at the FIITJEE centre you are enrolled at, immediately

after the announcement of the result.

6. After NTSE / KVPY exam, all successful Students will be required to work exclusively to promote FIITJEE except during a short

vacation with their family and completion of joining formalities at the institutions they are likely to join.

7. Once the NTSE / KVPY result comes out, your time will be exclusively for FIITJEE, except the counseling & joining formality

work at the institutions you are likely to join.

8. You will devote minimum of 10 full days every year during your summer vacation, winter vacation or other holiday/vacation

to serve FIITJEE by addressing seminars/workshops for the current FIITJEE Students as well as prospective FIITJEE Students.

You may also be required to participate in various Electronic, Print Media, Talk Shows etc.

9. All FIITJEE Students receiving rewards / financial assistance from FIITJEE, for their studies may get substantial saving that

they can use for various other scholastic purposes. If certain money is saved and is used for any purpose other than

education, the same may be intimated to FIITJEE for record purposes. In case the savings from the reward is used as seed

capital to start your own ventures, then you may voluntarily give some founders’ stake to FIITJEE. The stake may be recorded

in the name of FIITJEE Ltd. FIITJEE may use its network & resources to market & promote your venture, its product, and

services on mutually agreeable terms & conditions.

For Students of Long Term Classroom / Integrated School Programs (Applicable for Students joining in the session 2020**

and Selected for Olympiads 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24)

Remarks

1. Students will have to submit their roll number / application number / hall ticket number / registration number or/and

any other relevant detail to their respective FIITJEE Centre, to retrieve the result of Olympiads as soon as they receive

it from the concerned exam conducting body. Failure to do so will disqualify the Student from getting the rewards.

2. The total mentioned Reward amount with respect to the achievement in Olympiad will be paid to the Student

in 4 equal installments every year, over four years (except for Students clearing Stage-I, the Reward amount for

these Students will be disbursed in a single installment). The respective centre head approval is a must for the

Students to get the disbursement of each installment in the olympiads at various stages. The first installment of

the Reward will be disbursed within few weeks of Olympiads Results. Maintaining 90% attendance in classes is

mandatory prior to disbursal of every installment of the Reward. To avail all installments of Reward the Student

must be continually studying in Long-Term Classroom / Integrated School Program till Class XII. And after Class XII,

to be eligible to get the further installments of the Reward, you must achieve a grade point of 8.5 (or equivalent

grade point applicable for the University / College you are studying at) or above in every semester. However,

if you contribute towards promoting brand FIITJEE continuously, waiving off the condition of securing 8.5 or

above grade point in every semester may be considered.

3. The rewards are only for those Students who are adjudged Olympiad World Topper / have bagged Gold / Silver /

Bronze Medals / have received a Participation Certificate / Merit / have Qualified Stage - II / have Qualified Stage - I.
