pancy. The first year we took rate up to the $120’s

with 75% occupancy. By the 3rd year rates were in

the $195 range with 80% and by the 5th year rates

were in the high $200’s with 85% occupancy.

2 1/2 Star brand hotel , San Francisco Bay Area

Prior to our services, this hotel was performing at a

$65 ADR @ 76% occupancy with $1.9 million room

revenue. The first year we reached $80 ADR @ 74%

occupancy with $2.3 million room revenue. By the

second year we exceeded $100 ADR with 74% occu-

pancy and $2.6 million room revenue.
