Revised  Instruc.ons  for  Accessing  GATE  Data  

mydata.lausd.net  will  now  redirect  you  to  log  in  to  getdata.lausd.net  using  your  

Single  Sign-­‐On  (SSO)  and  password    

Recommended  Browser:          

You  may  experience  some  difficul>es  loading  full  reports  from  GetData/MyData  if  you    use  a  browser  other  than  Firefox  (e.g.  Internet  Explorer,  Google  Chrome  or  Safari)    

Once  logged-­‐in  to  “GetData,”  click  on  “MyData”  at  the  top  right-­‐hand  corner  

and  select  “School”  

Click  on  “Enrollment  by  Loca>on”  

For  Total  School  Popula>on  by  Ethnicity:    Change  “Language  Classifica>on”  to  “Ethnicity  Descrip>on”  

For  Total  School  Gi<ed  Popula>on  by  Ethnicity:    Under  “Student  Program”,  select  “GiSed.”  Then,  click  “Apply.”    

Repeat  the  process  for  Special  Ed  data
