YSU Eligibility Testing Window (students call 330-941-2447 to register)
January 10 Last date for students to sign up for February ACT (without a late fee)
February – April 7 District hosts YSU CCP Application Day: • Deadline for non-public/home school students is March 13• Deadline for public school students for Summer 2020 is March 13• Deadline for public school students for Fall 2020 & Spring 2021 is April 7
February 1 Deadline for District to notify students/parents of opportunity
February 8 Last ACT National Exam date before the summer and non-public school application deadline
February 14 Last date for students to sign up for March SAT (without a late fee)
February 15 - April 1 Deadline for non-public/home school students to notify the Ohio Department of Education of their intent to participate and apply for funding. Must be uploaded by 5 p.m., April 1, no exceptions.
February 28 Last date for students to sign up for April ACT (without a late fee)
March 13 YSU application deadline for non-public/home school students (all terms) and public school students (summer term); includes submission of ofcial transcripts, Financial Responsibility/Parental Consent and Campus Education Plan forms.
March 14 Last SAT National Exam before application deadline
March 23 YSU begins to notify students of 2020-21 program acceptance, course eligibility and placement testing requirements.
April 1 Deadline for public students to notify District of their intent to participate
April 4 Last ACT National Exam that can be used for admission

Defnitions NOTE: The campus based/online term and the high school-based term have diferent dates. Please refer to the proper column for that term.
First day of term: Date the term begins. In the case of summer, there are several dates.
Last day to add: Last day to add a course to the students’ schedule. • Campus/online students add the course through their portal. • High school-based courses require a change of registration form.
Last day to withdraw with no charge: Also known as the 14th day of the term, this is the last day to drop a course from the student’s schedule without being charged tuition. • Campus/online students drop the course through their portal.
Books must be returned or the school will be charged. • High school-based courses require a change of registration form.
Last day to withdraw with a W: Students can withdraw from a course and receive a W on their transcript. • Campus/online students drop the course through their portal.

The high school may seek reimbursement from the student for tuition and books paid on their behalf.
