Assign candidacy mentor (with DS and Vocational Discernment Coordinator) to all candidates for licensed (Local Pastor) or ordained (Deacon/Elder) ministry

Develop a program for group candidacy mentoring wherever possible

Work with Vocational Discernment Coordinator to assign candidate to a candidacy mentoring group
