5. New cabinets on other side of dishwasher to wrap wall corner and extend to dining room wall corner as shown.
6. New countertop to replace existing at re-configured cabinets along perimeter walls.
7. New under-mount sink and faucet to replace existing.
8. New island complete with cabinets and countertop as indicated.
9. New slide-in range at island, and countertop-style microwave at shelf below island countertop
10. New wood-look vinyl flooring to replace existing in kitchen, dining, and living areas
11. New pendant lights or hood vent above island (owner preference)
