to reduce the fresh water consumption and to save the environment from pollution by:1. Biological cleaning of domestic waste water2. Biological cleaning of industrial waste water 3. Recycling of waste water
- for agriculture purposes- for irrigation- for reuse in residences, hotels, factories, etc.
Our main aim is
Our range of service:Individual residential houses (500 l/d) up to approx. 5000 m3/day for commercial and industrial complexes
Some of our Reference Projects:
Germany : approx. 600 unitsFrance : approx. 400 unitsAustria : approx. 10 unitsSpain : approx. 15 unitsSaudi Arabia : approx. 30 unitsUAE : Hotels, companiesSri Lanka : HotelsChile : Cleaning of slaughterhouse
sewage waterParaguay : Cleaning of water from fruit
factoryCaledonia: Residences
and many others
Carefully selected materials to insure quality and long life:Waste water and the water vapour/humidity of waste water are aggressive and cause corrosion in metal and attack unprotected concrete. That´s why we choose materials which are impervious to these corrosive conditions.
a. All our tanks/containers for residential houses are made in polypropylene.
b. The larger commercial / industrial systems are fabricated in polypropylene and PVC. Shafts and structural supports are high grade stainless steel.
c. All piping & fittings are pvc & stainless steel.
All our units are produced in the EU under rigid quality assurance processes and inspections. This assures the customer obtains the highest possible quality. All units and systems are designed and built for container shipping. These preassembled systems minimized the on site assembly time. The modular character of these systems allow simple expansion for growth with components and complete treatment lines.
Our main advantages :
Excellent cleaning of water ( could reach to zero BOD )Less sludge accumulation Easy to install: (set in place and connect the piping)Low maintenance (labour and cost)Low running cost ( chemicals, parts,& tests)Low power consumption: (fewer motors and pumps)Fully automatic (minimal operational labour)Very low noise (motor hum and flowing water)No sewage smell Less space and less civil works
In areas which have rich sources of water, they treat the waste water to prevent the pollution and simply dispose it to the rivers or ground. While in regions with a scarcity of good water they cannot afford such waste and loss.In areas where water is scarce and or expensive, water reuse is not only economical, but a necessityMany regions make desalinated sea water to meet their fresh water needs at a high cost. Using recycled water for irrigation (with its high nutrient value) and other non-drinkable uses (of which there are more uses than you can imagine) make very strong economic sense and also reduces the demand on the drinkable fresh water supply.
Cleaned waste water can be reused for:- Irrigation in agriculture- Irrigation of gardens, parks- Construction purposes- Ready mix concrete plants
Where grey water is segregated from black waste water, it can be treated and reused for:
- Toilet flushing- Commercial washing of buildings, vehicles, etc.
Black water and grey water -what is the difference?
Definition of grey water :
1. Water from bath, shower, sink
2. Laundry washing machines
Water from bath, shower, sink is easy to reuse, but it must be cleaned before reuse, otherwise it will develop a strong unpleasant odour when it is stored.
Definition of black water
1. Toilets2. Waste water from food preparation sink and dish washing machine in kitchen
Black water contains a high level of contaminants, biological waste and is full of harmful bacteria.
Therefore black water may be reused only for agriculture needs after proper cleaning
The treatment and reuse of grey water:
Aerobic treatment of grey water with its low contamination is a must, as both economical and very effective. Our aerobic disc units are perfectly suited for this purpose. They require little space, yet the very large biological surface dissolves a high amount of oxygen into the water. High dissolved oxygen is the key to avoiding unpleasant odours. So reliable cleaning is achieved without unpleasant odours or noise.

After biological cleaning, a simple sand filter will remove particles – if needed – and a low amount of desinfection will assure the stored water quality.
This water is almost entirely free of bacteria and can be used for toilet flushing, in addition to irrigation and agricultural uses.
The grey water process:
To reuse grey water, this water first of all has to be collected separately from the black water in the house. Therefore a special grey wastewater pipe is needed to lead this water to the water treatment cleaning unit. The cleaned water can be stored in tanks and, when needed, pumped back into the house for the toilets in the building, or for the other uses mentioned above. So reliable cleaning is achieved without unpleasant odours or noise.
In all these buildings water is reused and a lot of drinking water can be saved.Especially in hotels, holiday resorts where often more water is used compared to residences this saving can be up to 30%.So already in the planning of new projects the separation of grey water should be a must for to be able to reduce for long term the needs of drinking water.
I can not emphasize enough, how important water conservation, and water reuse is everywhere in the world. Clean drinkable water is a shrinking resource. But, in regions where water is scarce, it seems foolish not to design and use systems for water reuse. It is also much more cost effective than wasting this precious resource.
Grey water treatment inKingdom of Saudi Arabia
During the past nine years, our partner in Saudi Arabia M/s. Al Maymanah Co. had installed our system successfully in about 30 projects. Some of the main projects are :- Two palaces of 1000 m3/day- Residential community of 3200 m3/day- Makkah Towers of 2000 m3/day ( Grey water )- Four hotels of 600 m3/day ( Grey water )- Labor camp of 250 m3/day- Resort of 250 m3/day
And many residential and commercial complexes of different capacities.
(Thank you; it has been a pleasureto address you.
Are there any questions?)
