Reporting to Engineer leader , Leader in implementation program “World Class Process” and coordinating improvement welding GMAW and dimensional.
Sales and Customer level Satisfaction increased in 67 % due to a prompt operational startup, Through I was assembly lines development ; defining lay out, headcount, PFMEA, HOE, CTC and facilities. This project only had 6 months in order to get SOP.

2012Reporting to Plan Manager , with 6 Direct reports and 24 Indirect , I was in charge of process area (welding, stamping, assembly, welding laboratory and injection) coordinating activities of the process engineers and technicians in order to develop process for new products and supporting process
increase 30% in productivity (manual assembly lines) and maintaining 97% in quality (automatic welding process). Stamping and Welding Manager 2007 - 2012I was living 2 years in Spain in this time I was receiving training in welding and stamping process in Spain for around besides I coordinated training for staff manager of Batz Mexicana in Batz Igorre Spain and I approved cells and welding fixtures for Batz China, Batz Czech Republic, Batz Spain and Batz Mexicana. I was working with Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese suppliers and I developed Mexican suppliers for welding cell, welding fixture and checking fixture.
I defined work systems for different areas such as production, project, quality (welding laboratory). Our system was extended to injection and assembly area. In order to achieve our success, production leaders and process technicians were trained actually operators are trained in order to improve welding quality too.
My main responsabilities in project area were fulfilled quoting, defining scope or work, coordinating welding and stamping projects also I made Flow charts, PFMEAS, control plans for every process.
In sometimes I support domestic and foreign suppliers in order to improve quality for example I supported forging supplier in China. In our facility I improved checking fixtures for stampings, subassemblies and assembly.
I coordinated activities of maintenance for equipment and dies and I realized improvements to products and dies.

I was member of the launch team that installed two production lines, cross member PT-44 by Chrysler and Chassis D-21 by Nissan and I documented process in order to achieve PPAP and was part of the audits team to approve the production process.
