Commercial Details

30 days testing period, + extra 30 days if necessary.
Costs for delivery, all system configuration (hardware and software), personnel instructions:
- For Bucuresti, district Ilfov, district Giurgiu: 300 Lei, VAT included.
- For the other districts: 600 Lei, VAT included.
Payment options: 50% in advance, 50% in 30 days, with checks, payment order, etc.
For 100% advance payment you get 5% discount for the entire system (hardware and software).
Delivery Term, configuration and personnel instructions can be made in 2 days.
Maximum instruction time is 4 hours. The extra hours are subject to extra payment or to a service contract.
There is no additional cost for order changes. (if the order details are same)

After-sales services
Standard Service Contract gives support for all the system (hardware and software). Monthly fee is 100 Lei,
VAT included, and contains:
- Internet and telephone support
- Updates
- 4 on-site visits per month. Extra visit cost 50 Lei, VAT included. Maximum arrival time is 24 hours
from your request.
- Contract covers any request, question, hardware issues, all cash register issues (failures, new
personnel instructions, consumables, fiscal memory registration, software updates, etc.)
- Working time which this contract is available: from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday-Friday.
VIP Service Contract. Monthly fee is 200 Lei, VAT included and includes except the standard service
contract options:
- Working time from 9:00 to 22:00, Monday-Saturday.
Requests for clients without service contract: maximum 72 hours on-site time respond and has the
following quotations
- 100 Lei, VAT included / working hour, remote or on-site.
