In 2015, Eurocash, the largest FMCG distributor in Poland, commissioned Goodman to deliver a bespoke warehouse at the Pomeranian Logistics Centre (PLC), from where the company distributes its merchandise to local markets in northern Poland. The built-to-suit property was fully tailored to Eurocash’s needs. The PLC is Goodman’s flagship property in Poland, located adjacent to the Deepwater Container Terminal in Gdańsk and a well-developed road network.

Pomeranian Logistics Centre
Goodman Sosnowiec Logistics Centre Eurocash continues its successful cooperation with Goodman, following a mandate to deliver a bespoke logistics centre for Eurocash in Poland. Goodman will deliver a 30,000 sqm facility in Sosnowiec. The built-to-suit property will be divided into warehouse space, office space and a cold storage zone.

Central and Eastern Europe Poznań
The Mousquetaires Group is the largest franchise network in Poland in the segment of general supermarkets and “house and garden” stores. In view of growing storage needs, the Group launched a modern logistics centre in Swadzim near Poznan in 2015. The facility was adjusted for storing and distributing foodstuffs in controlled temperatures (fresh products, vegetables, fruit, frozen products) and is the distribution centre for both the Intermarche general supermarkets as well as Bricomarche “house and garden”. The centre is also adjusted for storing seasonal products and oversized products. It is fully automated and managed in real time.

In just 7 months, Goodman delivered a logistics centre for the purpose of storing food items for newly-created retail chain Mila S.A.. The building was fully adapted to streamline the delivery process and optimise distribution in seasonal peaks. The new BTS facility allowed the customer to enhance the grocery distribution process to a network of 170 stores throughout Poland.
Use Storage and distribution of foodstuffs.
Specification + 40% of the space is cooled (0-8 degrees Celsius). + In the freezer area, the temperature is kept at -24 degrees Celsius.

In 2014 Goodman leased logistics space in an existing property at the Goodman Jažlovice Logistics Centre to UTC, a Czech kitchen appliances distributor. The long-term lease expires in 2021. The space has been adapted to UTC’s needs, including separation of the warehouse and office space. UTC has approx. 6,000 items on offer, some of which can be stored at the mezzanine level constructed inside the building.
Use Storage and distribution of kitchen appliances.
Specification + 6,808 sqm of modern warehouse space and 1,487 sqm of office space. + An 815 sqm mezzanine has been installed.
