Acts as first point of contact for employees for performance management and employee relations issues.
Provide guidance and support in organizational development and growth. Supports resolution of employee relations issues and conducts investigations as necessary. Confers with and/or advises management regarding interpretation of policies and/or processes;

Handling internal and external auditors and their queries. Updating the record of banking process, absenteeism, employee’s personal file, employee referral, ID
cards, suspension, salary hold details, payroll process and F & F settlement.4. Time office management:
Managing & monitoring the biometric attendance process. Updating the HRIS (addition & Deletion) Drafting office’s notice, circular, orders etc.
5. Performance Appraisal: Coordinating in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration
policies. Preparing all types data for entire performance appraisal system required. Concerned with handling Increments & Promotion. Handling the suggestion & reward.
