Project 1:

Name JSW SALEM (TAMILNADU)

Automation of Wagon Tippler installed by M/S METSO MINERALS.

Role PLC and SCADA development.

PLC, SCADA,DRIVE used

ABB PM 573 ETH, Compact HMI with server and client. ACS 850 ac drive.

Description 1. Establish profibus network containing 2 no. AC DRIVE for apron feeder, 3 no. absolute encoders (to measure tippler angle, side arm charger distance, ejector distance), 2 no. SIEMENCE MEM (multi function meter) and ABB make incoming ACB.2. Make individual PLC logic for SAC, WT, TRAVERSER, and EJECTOR.3. To Program the PLC according to the control philosophy and to create the animation of the same to represent the whole system in pictorial way, now operator control the tippler from control room rather than local.

AUTOMATION OF COAL WASHERY

ABB PM 590 ETH (2 no. for redundancy), Compact HMI server and client.

Description 1. Establish the CS 31 bus network for redundancy.2. Monitoring and control of Complete Plant.3. Establish PLC redundant network. 4. Test the PLC, RTU panel.5. To Program the PLC according to the control philosophy and to create the animation of the same to represent the whole system in pictorial way.6. Now whole plant is working in auto mode, configure trends and alarms in SCADA screen.

Description 1. Test the PLC, MCC, LCS, DRIVE panel. 2. Establish the profibus network containing 4 ac drive (CCRD, PCRD, LONG TRAVEL, SLEW) two absolute encoders (for measuring distance and angle).3. Make separate logic for LUFFING, SLEWING, CCRD (control cord rotating drum), PCRD (power cord rotating drum) and LT. 4. To Program the PLC according to the control philosophy and to create the animation of the same to represent the whole system in pictorial way.

Project 4: SOLAR PROJECT Name RAYS EXPERT, KOLAYAT,RAJASTHAN

AUTOMATION OF 25 MW SOLAR POWER PLANT

Role PLC and SCADA development.

PLC and SCADA Used

ABB PM 583 ETH, ABB PM 573 ETH, ABB PM 554 ETH and 800XA server and client.

Description 1. Establish whole plant network which is on Ethernet.2. Make PLC logic for SMB (string monitoring box) and solar invertors, these devices are on rs485 network.3. Make PLC logic for weather monitoring system, MFM. These devices are also on rs485 network. 4. Make SLD and monitoring screen of whole plant. All plant data shows on SCADA screen.5.Generate report in excel format for SMB,INVERTORS,WMS, MFM in different intervals (5 minutes,10 minutes,1 hour,1 day,1 month).6. Remote monitoring of SCADA is done via terminal server license. In this SCADA can excess via internet from remote. User can login, logout, operate SCADA from remote. .

Description 1. Monitoring and control of Complete Cement Plant Grinding unit which includes Horizontal mill and its overall process including packing plant. 2. Commissioning and Erection of PLC, I/O, VFD panels.3. I/O panels were on Control Net topology and MCC, VFD and Soft starter panels in Devise net4. Controlling of horizontal mill circuit dampers by the help of PID controllers.
