I work exclusively with Crestron commercial and residential dealers in helping them resolve their issues with some hardware or software implementations on the job site.

I provide professional troubleshooting and education on Crestron hardware/software integration to help them solve their issues.

I utilize my knowledge and training in Crestron Audio/Video products such as 4K Digital Media switchers, 4K transmitters/receiver solutions along with 2 and 3 series control systems to assist dealers throughout their issues with a non-working system.

I am responsible for creating and maintaining documented case notes that details all of the technical issues as well as solutions provided in the system.

I assist in maintaining a good working relationship between the dealers and Crestron via phone communications and email.

an analog pulse sensor and bluetooth device for wireless communication. Maintained a log of the testing results and modifications that were needed for improving operations. Implemented wireless communication pairing devices using bluetooth to sync live audio with a pulse rate.
