IndestructibleThesis Project >> One
As a part of my first thesis project, I did a collaboration with my classmates on the mat-ter of paper upcycling.
The result was an Indestructible book challeneges the reader un-derstanding toward paper.
The Thunder, Perfect Mind is an old poem discovered in the Nag Hammadi Library. Interacting and reflecting the jour-ney in human’s life, the poem is rich in its literature value and significance.
The book Indestructible was born out of the last line of the passage and the end of the cycle of the project. The book is meant to be destructed by the end of the read-ing experience.
This asks the reader to look back into the book and figure out how they could have preserved the book instead of destroying it, while also reflecting on the culture that they have towards paper.

Death of the DesignerThesis Project >> Two
My second thesis project is based on the behaviour of a designer. This publication aims to invite and intrigue as well as educate readers on the responsibility of a designers.
Based on this understanding, the project aims to explore what shapes and inspires the identity of a designer. Through photogra-phy and experimental layouts, it aims to act as a reflection of one’s belief and understanding of what makes an individual a designer.
The project is also linked to the thesis, which explores the under-current of design principles that all designers abide by, as well as the identity and beliefs of design-ers, focusing mainly on the com-parison between Paul Rand and Stefan Sagmeister.
