PDIL is an integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) company, Largest in the country; recognized as a committed service provider by the Exploration & Production companies. Our primary expertise lie in providing seamless services for supply of production & processing equipment, their related utilities as well as for setting up complete production & processing facilities on turnkey basis.

My responsibilities in PDIL are;

• Currently, deployed at Adhi-II project site to address field based design modifications, technical queries, PMD support, etc.

• Worked as Lead Piping engineer for Turnkey base supply job (Condensate Stabilization Unit), my responsibilities were to produce & ensure the design deliverables by taking account of all quality & HSE maters and to perform inter-discipline / Vendor coordination.

• Responsible to prepare and review all in-house/outsourced detail engineering documents (3D Model, Plot Plan, key plans, Layouts, Datasheets, Project Specifications, Isometrics, etc) to ensure strict adherence to quality and approved specification (ITB/Client’s standards) of the project.

• Preparation of MTOs/BOQs of Piping Bulk, Manual valves, Specialty items, Painting and Insulation to facilitate timely Procurement during the course of project.

• Coordination with Client, Vendors and Interdepartmental for queries.

• Preparation of Line List from P&IDs.

• Issuance of Information drawings for Civil & Mechanical discipline.

• Preparation of Tie-in List and its philosophy.

• Preparation of Technical Clarifications, Vendor Evaluation and Technical Bid Evaluation of Piping bulk items, Valves and Specialty items.

• To review & technically evaluate the vendor’s documents for Firefighting equipments, Foam generation unit, Eye Wash/Shower and other Oil & Gas related accessories.

• To provide discipline related inputs to Proposal team during preparation of EPCC, Separators supply job & Turnkey base proposals (Preliminary Plot plan, Piping/Valves MTO, Construction BOQ, Painting & insulation BOQ, Write-ups/Design Basis, Information to Civil, etc).

• Study of ITB documents for the proper implementation in the projects documents

• Deployed at MOL-GPF project site for 11 Months to address Design related issues (Technical Queries, Modifications, Red-Markups, Rerouted Drawings, As-builts), besides I also assisted project management team in Construction supervision, Procurement assistance, Material issuance, Co-ordination with Client/Contractors/Sub-contractors, Test-Packs battery limit Verification, P&IDs Checking/Punch Listing, Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning activities.

• Verification of Invoices for Construction BOQs (Weld map Dia-inches, Piping/Structural supports, Tanks, etc) claimed by sub-contractor

My major Projects in PDIL are;

Project: Supply of Condensate Stabilization UnitClient: OMV, PakistanThe objective of this Supply project is to design and construct the Condensate Stabilization Unit to separate 3 MMSCFD natural gas, 2000 BPD stabilized condensate & Produced water from the continuous FEED supply of existing plant.

Proposal: EPCC Gambat South GPF-II (152m* $ Project)Client: PPL, PakistanThe objective of this EPCC project is to develop the Gambat South Gas Processing Plant-II (GPF-II) for the production capacity of 50 MMSCFD natural gas, 4500 BPD condensate and LPG using gas primarily from the Wafiq X-1 well.

Project: EPCC of Adhi LPG and NGL Recovery Plant III (108m* $ Project)Client: PPL, PakistanThe objective of this EPCC project is to develop the Recovery plant at PPL-Adhi site for the processing of 30 MMSCFD natural gas, 5500 BPD oil/condensate, 800 BPD Produced water and LPG recovery from existing plant.

Project: EPCC of Makori Field Development Surface Facilities Project (230m* $ Project)Client: MOL, PakistanThe objective of this EPCC project is to develop the Makori Gas Processing Facility (GPF) at the Manzalai Central Processing Facility (CPF) site for the production and sale of 150 MMSCFD natural gas, 30,000 BPD oil/condensate and 450 m.Ton/Day LPG using gas primarily from the Makori wells.

My responsibilities in CEIS were;

• Evaluating deliverables in CTR/DCR, coordination with client & to perform Technical Bid Evaluation / Vendor Coordination

• Review and checking of Isometrics, Piping Layouts and Plot plan

• Preparation of Piping/Pipeline, Manual valves, Specialty items and piping supports MTO/BOQ

• Preparation of Valve index, supports index, process line list, critical line list and Tie-in points list

• Preparation of Piping Material Specifications, MRs, Specifications and Datasheets

• To carryout inter-discipline squad checks and reviews for design inconsistencies

• To conduct stress analysis of critical lines, Slug catcher, flow-line connected with wellhead piping and Marking of special piping supports & expansion loops on the basis stress analysis variations.

4. Basic & Detail Engineering of 49km Wellhead Flowline and Gas Reception Facility at Sawan CPP - OMV GmbH, Pakistan

5. FEED for creation of a Land farm for Remediation Of Contaminated Soil at Dukhan Field - Qatar Petroleum, Qatar
