1 Curriculum Vitae Peck-Leong, TAN (PL Tan) PL Tan has been an academician for the last 15 years. He begins as junior lecturer in 2002 and was promoted as associate professor in 2015. He currently serves at Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School, Universiti Teknologi MARA. Prior to that, PL works in one of the biggest bank in Malaysia as assistant manager for nearly 6 years. He obtained his PhD in Labor Economics from University of Waikato New Zealand under the supervision of Professor John Gibson in 2011. His area of research is in development economics, particularly in human capital development, which comprise of human capital investment, migration, poverty, gender inequality, and workers wellbeing. His life long passion is in teaching, helping, and guiding his students to reach their highest potential. Peck-Leong, TAN (PL Tan)

PL Tan has been an academician for the last 15 years. He begins as junior lecturer in 2002 and was promoted as associate professor in 2015. He currently serves at Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School, Universiti Teknologi MARA. Prior to that, PL works in one of the biggest bank in Malaysia as assistant manager for nearly 6 years.
