� Working as a Production Engineer & QA/QC Engineer Since Aug 2008 Till date in

Al Majal Petroleum & Engineering Co.LLC(An ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company)

Responsibilities:-

As a Production Engineer:-

• Preparing the production schedule, Monitoring the Production process from receiving

materials till delivery to client

• Preparing the material requirement schedule

• Manpower Management and Performance Evaluation

• Making weekly progress review meetings & Taking necessary action for the projects

which are lacking behind the schedule

• To Ensure the availability of raw materials for the fabrication and painting activities

• Reviewing all drawings and sketches and if required preparing a cutting schedule

• Preparing a program for Fabrication and Painting activities

• To Check the dispatched materials as per the client requirements along with

necessary documentation

• Monitoring all fabrication, surface Preparation and Painting activities

• Checking the availability of raw materials and raise Purchase Requisition as per the

requirement

• Coordinating with various departments to execute the project to meet the client

requirements

• Coordinating with client/Consultant for any clarifications required during the

execution of the projects.

As a QA/QC Engineer:-

• Carrying out the inspection of the incoming materials as per the project requirements.

• Carrying out the in-process inspections as per the approved drawings, standards,

procedures, and customer’s specifications

• To monitor fabrication, Surface Preparation & Painting activities stage wise and

maintain Inspection records

• To maintain inspection records like Dimensionalcheck, weldinspection , Coating

Inspection including NDT reports.

• Re-Inspect the product on which rework/repair has been taken and maintain the

records of such inspections

• Inspecting the weld fit-up of joints prior to root pass & Visual inspection of final

weld, conducting penetrate test on weld

• To conduct all required tests in accordance with the project requirement,

• Preparing QA/QC Dossier for the project

• Preparation of ITP & WPS

• Conducting Welders Qualification in regular Intervals
