Bid Proposals (Technical ) submission for Various EPC and Boiler Contracts.

Thermal Design for Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion Boiler (AFBC),Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion Boiler(CFBC) and Waste Heat Recovery Boilers.

Preparation of Boiler piping & Instrumentation diagram.

Preparation of General arrangement & plot plan drawing for CFBC,Traveling Grate,AFBC,WHRB and Slop fired traveling type boilers.

Design of Boiler pressure parts and pipings with suitable selection of materials according to the pressure and temperature as per ASME section-II part-D Std & strength calculation for the tubes and pipes as per IBR and

ASME codes and obtaining statuatory approval.Prepare the detail fabrication drawing of all Pressure parts and pipings.

Preparation of Optimum piping layout for high pressure, low pressure steam and water pipings,pipe sizing, calculation of pipe thickness corresponding to the pressure, temperature as per ANSI 31.1 code. Prepare the detail fabrication drawing and support drawings for all pipings.

Selection of valves, fittings & flanges for pipings and valves as per ANSI B16.5 and ANSI B16.47 for suitable temperature & pressure.

Selection of Control Valve, safety valve, feed pump, pressure gauge, Temperature gauge, Motorized valve, Flow nozzle & other components.

Preparation of Bought Out Specifications for major equipments involved in Boiler like Feed pump, Fans, Valves,ESP & RAPH etc.

Validation of Bought out offers received from Vendors amd Selection & Finalization of Vendors for various equipments & piping.

Preparation of load input for the various types of boilers and Equipments and tanks for the structural member design.

Detail Design for the various steel structures required for the various types boilers and Pressure Vessels and tanks with the coordination of the structural member designer

Design of fuel feeding system, duct sizing and support design for flue gas and Air with suitable velocities and design of ash handling system & preparation of fabrication drawings for the above.

Prepare the require design calculations for boiler and piping.

Line sizing & velocity calculation,Sizing of Deaerator and storage tank,blow down system,LP dosing and HP dosing system and other equipments design.

Preparation of Design calculations in Excel & Development of software for the Design of boilers using good Engineering practices.

Preparation of data sheets for Bought out items.

Weight estimation and cost estimation for all types of Boilers and pipings.

Preparation of Standard Engineering formats required for thermal and detail design of Pressure vessels.

Study of Fabrication Drawings and rectification of errors.
