BASIC FUNCTION:

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of the branch, for spearheading the branch’s marketing efforts and for the achievement of the branch sales and operational targets.He is the chief salesperson of the branch’s retail products and services, actively calling on existing and potential clients to ensure branch profitability. He personally markets for new accounts and designs ways to achieve business plan targets and cross sells the bank’s varied products and services.
