Position based in North American HQ which included the corporate office, manufacturing and inventory. Responsible for the management of $14.5M in finished goods and spares, all procurement activity (10,000+ skus), shipping, receiving and field personnel inventory while monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management. Worked with around 500 suppliers based in US and some in Germany.

Responsible for overseeing all purchasing functions which includes 10,000+ skus that support customer orders and field service requirements, and non-inventory which supports multiple internal and external departments.

While coordinating with the Quality/Regulatory Department, responsible for the management of 190+ suppliers, which includes Supplier Qualification, Supplier Audit, and NCMR (Non-Conforming Material Report)/SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) resolution.

Responsible for direct line management of five employees which includes continuous training and job performance improvement.

Management of all customer service issue escalation which ensures customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Ensures compliance with applicable procedures which results in an increased inventory accuracy of 99.8%
