At Flipkart.com . [As a Team Lead] Handling the 3PL & Warehouse management for Eastern Region; heading a team of 40

staffs in the region. Handling entire Hub operation of major transshipment of East (West Bengal, Ranchi,

Orissa, Bihar, Chhattisgarh), daily handling of appx. 300 shipments. Monitoring the timely placement of vehicle as well as transit time for given route. Conducting route survey, moving along with the vehicle to calculate the route cost and
