Implementation project is to retire the existing Oracle CRM (OCRM) system used by the Call Center Agents and extend the Siebel CRM System (RAS) to support all the existing functionalities performed by the Call Center Agents. This track caters to modules like Donning and Collection, Campaign Management, CTI and Reports.

CR project is to enhance the already existing functionalities in RAS to mitigate recurring issues from Production environment permanently as well as to address new requirements from users for better scalability and sustainability.

Support project is to fix all the defects coming in the Production environment within the defined SLA and support the daily operations.

Project Description

: Grameen Phone (GP) is the pioneer of GSM operators in Bangladesh. An affiliate of Telenor Group based in Norway, Grameen Phone Ltd. is the leading telecommunications company in Bangladesh with a customer market share over 46% in Bangladesh and above 20 million subscribers. 

Currently Siebel CRM Application is used to maintain subscriber information. The Billing and Charging System (BSCS) maintains the Contract and Asset information and also is the master repository for different products that GP offers.

In case the subscriber wants to place an order from CRM to change the current package or add some additional features, there are real time interfaces via OSB to bring the current Contract and Asset details of the subscriber from the BSCS. Since these interfaces are triggered prior to any order submission from CRM, the time taken to

complete an Order is high. The aim of CX offloading project is to modify the current

architecture to reduce the turn around time for Siebel Orders. The solution targets at migrating all the Products, Assets, Contracts as well as all the existing functionalities from the CX Application (UI for BSCS) to CRM. This will remove all the API calls from CRM prior submission of the Order.

The solution will mainly make use of the vanilla Order Management functionality and will incorporate customization and include interfaces wherever is required. Currently the requirement gathering and use case finalization is in progress.

CRM part is currently implemented customizing the Siebel Communication Application in Siebel Tools (version 8.1.1).

: Osakidetza is a public health service provider in northern Spain (in Basque State) appointed by the Department of Health of the Spain Government. It has the legal permission and capacity to carry out the provision of health services through public service organizations dependent on it.

Osakidetza includes 29 service organizations. Service Organizations realize the provision of health services acting under the principles of economic and financial autonomy and management.

The purpose of this project is to provide Osakidetza with a CRM Application which they can use to promote Health Programs, manage different Patient Portfolios and give Patients the access to their Health Information. In short, the CRM System will act as a Patient Management System.

This project includes modules like Campaign Management (to launch Health Programs), Chronic Management (to monitor the information of the patients having chronic diseases like Asthma, Cancer etc.).

Several real time Interfaces are built to keep the system in sync with different client owned third party systems from where the data flows in and out through different channels (like Portal, Telephone etc.).

CRM part is implemented customizing the Siebel Public Sector Application in Siebel Tools (version 8.2.2).

Description used to reprocess all the failed Interface transactions (both Inbound and Outbound).

It's a very common scenario in a Live system, that some of the Inbound Interface transactions fail in Siebel because of data mismatch (LOV mismatch or dependent data missing, say for an Asset, Product is missing etc). For these failed transactions, once the data is fixed in Siebel, this utility enables the users to reprocess the transactions within Siebel, instead of reprocessing the transactions all the way from the Source System. As a result this utility reduces the retry overhead on the Source System significantly.

In addition, this utility also supports reprocessing of failed Outbound Interface transactions (which have failed due to some connectivity issue say, JMS Queue connectivity failure, inaccessible file location etc).

Moreover, this utility is very generic in design and makes use of only out of the box Business Services making it reusable and very easy to install.

The agreement between IBM and Ricoh was closed on June 1 2007 and Ricoh initially acquired 51 percent of the joint venture. It will progressively acquire the remaining 49 percent over the next three years as the joint venture evolves into a fully owned subsidiary of Ricoh.

To help the company determine how best to build and maintain profitable customer relationships and manage the company’s assets. This project is an Oracle Apps implementation project with Siebel CRM.

It consists of using Oracle ERP Applications Suite, Release V11.5.10, Siebel Service V8.0 and IBM Information Server suit of products as a replacement for approximately 2/3rd of the 1094 existing applications in Ricoh.

BT-WLR project involves design and development of an Equivalence Platform with Siebel CRM as per the OFCOM guidelines for BT Wholesale with a view to automate the entire process such that we get request in form of XML documents from the upstream systems like HUB through IBM MQ Series and after the requisite processing (validations through Siebel Scripts and placement of Fulfillment Orders in Siebel through the Order Management Module in Siebel) pass the data to downstream systems like Flow and CSS through IBM MQ Series. In case, the data in the XML is improper, the Order is

rejected in Siebel. The downstream systems will send Acknowledged, Committed and Completed responses which are then processed in Siebel and passed upstream. The database used is Oracle 9i.

We need to interact with a number of BT proprietary Dialogue Services which is done internally by Siebel either through Siebel Web Services or through the IBM MQ Series setup that we have.
