handling multiple job tasks and responsibilities at once. Updating parts and making conversions from 2D prints to 3D models and prints. Working with the sheet metal feature and being familiar around sheet metal design and the

fabrication process that comes with it. Like k-factors radius and OBD. Along with maintaining and structuring bill of material listings and product descriptions throughout the projects life cycle.

Quality control by “proving out” each new part to make sure it is correctly made with no mistakes, this requires “unfolding” each drawing of a part by calculating the OBD of the material to calculate the length and width of the folded part before it gets to the press brake for folding. (This ensures the part has been punched correctly with no errors or blemishes before getting further down the production line)

Responsible for managing the planograms each week for the entire store. Allocating my time accordingly to complete the given tasks within the week. Creating my own schedule based upon budget and hours needed to complete assigned tasks. Responsible for day to day communication with my manager who is in Saint Louis and my

boss who is in Kansas City. Essentially responsible for making sure that my store is up to date and set for that weeks

merchandise kit and visual merchandise standardization each week. Changing the necessary signage and product out to meet mentioned standards and completing special vendor requested tasks.

Work in Revit, Navisworks and Risa 3D platforms for steel design, drawings and calculations. Prepare grating layout plans and work with grating fabricators on details. Detailed drawings of steel (connections), procurement, erection and fabrication. Inspect and oversee all fabrication for conformance to design at the manufacturing plant

while working with all departments (Mech., Piping, and Instrum.) Assist in the assembly and review of design packages for each proposal and job. Design structures with knowledge of building code and shipping restrictions of each state.

I’ve taken drafting and blueprint reading in high school along with AutoCAD experience as well. I have also done machining so I have a good idea of how the part will be made before I start the drafting and design process.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTSI have mechanical aptitude a high attention to detail with knowledge in engines and automotive technologies, hobbies include interest in automotive, motorsports, engines, anything mechanical and extreme interest in architectural and mechanical design.
