ETA - MBM( Facility Management),Dubai (2010 to 2014)

Responsibilities as Camp Boss :

Assist the Operations manager to operate the camp effectively. Prepare a daily report and inform to Operation manager on weekly basis.

The Reports includes:Camp occupancy report including company base check IN & OUT details. Details of any unwanted incidents took place during the past 24 hrs. Details of inspection audit and visit from Camp Management and any regulatory authority. Details of urgent maintenance work required approval from higher management. Ensuring safety of employees as per company standard. Local Purchase for mattress, soft furniture etc. as per company norms Rooms allotments to all employees as per company procedure Arranging accommodations for new arrivals Checking rooms every day ( if any one absent or sick), maintaining the record and further reporting to concerned Arranging the transportation for sick people Co-ordination withAdmin. Dept. for new arrivals/departures Co-ordination withAdmin. Dept. for distribution of company letters etc. Coordinating with HSE team during any inspection by third parties and Govt. sectors like municipality. Responsible for the distribution of Emirates ID and Work permit of all employees staying in camp and ensure that it reaches the people correctly. Collecting the document from employee if any and make sure it safely reaches to the company. Ensure LPG in the kitchen functions properly and make sure its rectified if failures by coordinating with LPG company. Coordinate with Camp Maintenance team to make sure all the room utilities works properly

Responsibilities as Supervisor (2009 - 2010):

Conduct daily briefing to all staff and delegate to their respective works. Conduct daily Inspection to all areas and make sure their cleanness as per contract. Prepare schedule for cleaning.Maintaining monthly Inventory of Housekeeping Supplies and Equipment. Prepare the report of all damage spare part for the cleaning equipment and forward it to head office Prepare purchase requisition for housekeeping items for one month supplies. Maintain cleanliness and safety in working area. Prepare the complete schedule cleaning (Floor cleaning , Glass cleaning , Basement etc)Maintaining the complete record of timesheet and forward the same to prepare payroll

Responsibilities as Credit Collector (2007 - 2009):

Confer with the client by telephone or in person to collect the payment for the respective due dates My duties includes receiving payments and handing over in accounts department, and maintaining all the customers records of payments Preparing statements to credit department if customers fail to respond, initiating repossession proceedings or service disconnection keeping records of allcollectionsand status Record information about financial status of customers and status ofcollectionefforts. Locate and monitor overdue accounts and update the status ofcollectionefforts to credit control manager.
