Role & Responsibilities Responsible for building up a team from 60 to 800 personnel, working with the organisation all across Punjab and at all levels. Was responsible for building up the entire HR function from scratch. Responsibility included managing all aspects of HR functions.

Chief - Human Resources was reporting to CEO. The turnover was Rs. 800 Crores. The company is into Cellular Telephony. Role & Responsibilities Built a team from 80 personnel to 1,000 working with the organisation in all the five regions being NCR, East UP, Rajisthan, Punjab & Haryana.
