INTRODUCTION/PROCLAMATION.

1 ERRORS AND OMISSIONS EXCEPTED. This result C.D. is issued as a notice only.

Any entry appearing therein does not in itself confer any right or privilege to acandidate for the grant of a Result Card. However, the Board reserves the right of

rectifying errors and omissions in the result at any time.

2 The Secondary School, Certificate (9th Class) Examination, 2013 commenced on

16.03.2013 and continued up to 03.04.2013. The result is being declared on

21.08.2013.12-11-2010 at 10 A.

3 61620 Candidates applied for this Examination out of which 61442

candidates actually appeared whom result is being declared through this C.D.

4 a) A candidate obtaining less than 33% marks in a subject/paper in the Secondary

School Certificate 9th Class Examination will be eligible to re-appear/repeat these

papers/s along with the Secondary School Certificate 10 th Class Examination if

he/she so desires. Otherwise his/her final result (Fail/Pass) in a subject will be

determined on the basis of total marks obtained by her/him in that subject in 9 th

& 10th class Examination.

b) A candidate who appeared in 9th Class as a regular candidate and obtained less

than 33% marks in a subject/paper is eligible to take Re-admission in 9 th Class

and such Private Categories of candidates of 9th Class will also be allowed to re-

appear in 9th Class in the same Combination of Subjects.

c) In case a candidate appears in the 9th Class Examination and does not appear in

10th Class Examination his/her result of 9th Class Examination will remain

preserved till his/her appearance in 10th Class Examination or for maximum two

years whichever occurs earlier.

5 All enquiries regarding the result of candidates from recognized Institutions

should be addressed through the Head of Institution concerned.

6 The result intimation (Detailed Marks Card) will be sent to the candidates, in case

of Regular Students through their heads of the Institutions under Registered

Parcel and to the individual private candidates at the addresses given for the

purpose.

7 In case of non receipt of Result Card up to, 02-09-2013 the candidates may

contact the Board's office or Assistant Controller Examinations (Matric), onPhone No. 040-9200521.
