three key botanicals to create a more delicate and subtle gin.

Created using the vapour Infusion process, Bombay Sapphire includes 10 precious botanicals that are held separate from the spirit in petforated copper baskets, and when the heated vapours rise, the distinctive flavour of the botanicals are released.

The botanicals used are embossed onto the side of the iconic blue bottle.

Brockmans unique infusion of exquisite botanicals creates an intensely smooth gin with a distinctive original taste. The Bulgarian Coriander plays its part with an

aromatic, almost gingery orange flavour.

Forest Gin £7.00UK 42%

Wild bilberries, gorse flowers, raspberries and local moss, among others. This is distilled through their own copper condenser and blended with local spring water.

York Gin £6.00UK 42%

York Gin is a dry gin, hand-made in a distillery in the ancient city of York. Using 9 botanicals this is dry, juniper led, balanced by floral notes and warm cardamom.

A gentle citrus edge complemented by spiciness of coriander.

Handcrafted, small batch distilled Scottish gin infused with 5 celtic botanicals. Pronounced.

Martin Miller’s Gin was the first super premium gin to hit the UK in 1999. Now one of the world’s most awarded gins, Martin Miller’s Gin uses the finest botanicals sourced from around the world, traditional maceration techniques are used and it is then shipped to Iceland to be blended to strength using pure Icelandic spring water. A soft gin with brilliant citrus notes and a subtle floral

finish.

Plymouth’s recipe dates back to the 18th century and combines a uniquely balanced blend of seven hand-selected botanicals, soft Dartmoor water and pure grain alcohol resulting in that famous fresh lemony bite with deeper

earthy overtones.

Rock Rose Handcrafted £6.50Scottish Gin, Scotland 41.5%

Rock Rose Gin is made at the Dunnet Bay Distillery all the way up in Caithness, Scotland. This very northerly gin features an alluring botanical selection including locally harvested Rhodiola Rosea, Rowan Berries, Sea

Buckthorn, Blaeberries, Verbena, Coriander Seed, Cardamom and Juniper. They use a traditional copper pot still.

Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin £6.50England 40%

Initial Sweetness of rhubarb and raspberry followed by the bitter tang of the pink grapefruit citrus base. A tart rhubarb finish rounds off the drink leaving an

unforgettable flavour on the palate.

Tanqueray No.10 £6.00England 47.3%

Named after the Tiny 10 still in which it is distilled four times, Tanqueray No. 10 is handcrafted in small batches - and is the only gin to be made with
