Airport Expansion Consultation 18 June 2019 – 13 September 2019 We are proposing to expand Heathrow, which involves building a new runway, changing how our airport operates, and carefully managing the way we grow.

We have held two previous consultations on changes to the airport and the way it operates, one in 2018 and one earlier this year. Since then, we have been carefully considering the feedback received and have used your comments to help develop our proposals.

We are now carrying out our statutory Airport Expansion Consultation to show you our latest proposals, and we would like to hear your views.

Your feedback is important and will help us determine our final proposals for expansion. You can provide us with your comments in several ways:

• Our preferred layout for the airport, including the location of the new runway, taxiways, terminals and other infrastructure

• Our preferred options for how we will operate the airport in the future

• How we will manage and mitigate the effects of expansion, including property compensation and approaches to noise and air quality

Your views are important to us and we would like to know your thoughts on this proposal including our preferred options for changes to roads, rivers and new developments.
