Think Bubbles and Dialogue Mapping: A strategy to use when you think there is no solution. It’s a way of opening your mind to every possible option and identify what is realistic or not to pursue.

KANTOR 4 Player Model: To assist in identifying the necessary types of communications within a team

DMAIC: Great resource for teams without identified leaders. Used as a resource to find solutions of an obvious problem within an existing process. Decisions are based off of collected data.

Systematic Problem Solving (SPS): A tool developed to solve more complex issues that requires data collection/ analysis from multiple perspectives. Works best with 2-4 people.

SWOT Analysis: A management strategy used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for a team, both internally and externally. (Strengths and weaknesses are the internal values and the opportunities and threats are the external values). This is a great resource for the team to take a step back and understand the dynamic and capabilities of their team as a whole.
