This year again, we are proposing aninformal, convivial and internationalopportunity for discussion andreflection among individuals andorganisations engaged in buildingan analysis and a critique of whatwe may call the technoworld.

A world which is going through anepoch-making paradigm shift, whereall bodies and our very experiencehave become one of the mostimportant new raw materials.Engineering of the living and digitalcontrol are increasingly replacing alarge part of the previous market ofcommodities, which are becomingobsolete. On a planet which hasbeen plundered well beyond itsbiological limits, the re-designingthrough synthetic biology andartificial reproduction in a eugenickey of human beings and theirmanagement represents the newpath forward. This of course for thosewho will be included in the newpower arrangement, for the others noplans have emerged, or perhaps thefact that they have not been pre-sented is already an answer in itself,they will certainly not be satisfiedwith merely marginalising a part ofthe world.

For those who ask where the currentsystem, based on systematicexploitation of the planet, can find away to reorganise itself, incorporat-ing into its discourse the farce ofsustainability, the answer lies intaking over human beings them-selves: managed, influenced andaddressed in their behaviour so thatthey themselves produce processeswhich can turn them into commodi-ties. This is the true essence ofgreen and sustainable policies tosave the planet from so manycatastrophes, of which climatecatastrophe is only a part. Humanbeings who will soon be geneticallyedited in a process of ongoingperfectibility, where the body will beseen as a limit to be overcome,

Its technocrats regard you as nothing more thananother piece of disposable fleshware, one unitamong millions, just another figure on its globalbalance sheet of exploitation.

The 4IR will track you and always know whereyou are, whom you are with, what you aredoing.

It demands your total obedience. You can haveno values, ideals or dreams of your own, only theones authorised by the system.

Disobedient units are unproductive units.

The 4IR will know how to spot you, if you even somuch as consider stepping out of line. Itspredictive policing will quickly identify you as ananti-social element, a pre-criminal, a thoughtcriminal.

It will send out its robots and its drones toneutralise you and protect the safe functioning ofthe matrix.

The 4IR will not tolerate any irrespon-sible words or behaviour that presenta threat to health and safety, to lawand order, to resilience and prosperity.

The 4IR wants to scare us into itsdevouring jaws by pointing to impendingdisaster and claiming that nobody cansave us but itself.

The intelligence of the 4IR is entirelyartificial and its dead robot braincannot smell what we smell, feel whatwe feel, love what we love.

It coldly ignores the timeless and vitalvalue of people, animals, trees, plantsand the whole organic reality of whichthese form part.

Instead it sees just raw material for itsown profit.

It thirsts above all for data, endlessfloods of data to be collected, pro-cessed, sold and transformed into thewealth which buys its total control.

The Fourth Industrial Repression wantsto replace everything true andauthentic with its replicas, with areality not so much virtual as entirelyfake.

And yet its forked robotic tongue tellsus that this phoney reality is in fact an“enhanced” or “augmented” one.

The 4IR wants to abolish the lives wehave known. It wants to microchip us,lock us up in little cages, and force-feed us chemical food substitutes,laced with feel-good soma.

It cannot tolerate the idea that wemight enjoy anything for free, such assunshine, fresh air and the wildoutdoors.

It craves a total monopoly of ourexperience. Cut off from the realworld, from authenticity and liberty, wewill have no choice but to buy andconsume the poisonous ersatz reality ithas carefully manufactured.

The 4IR, like all the other repressionsbefore it, is built on our separationfrom one another, the destruction ofour communities and the underminingof our solidarities.

“Social distancing” is the prerequisitefor its seizure of complete power.

The 4IR wants us all to be on our own,online and in line.

The 4IR empties everything of meaning,particularly words. It says “sustainable”when it means ecocidal. It says“development” when it means destruc-tion. It says “basic universal income”when it means slavery.

When the 4IR talks about “socialimpact investing” it really means itwants to turn human beings intolucrative investment opportunities.

Human capital. Human cattle.

When the 4IR talks about “a new dealfor nature” it really means it wants toprivatise the whole living world so as tomake the billionaire class even richerthan it already is.

When the 4IR demands “biosecurity”, itmeans the security of its own systemsof control against the threat frombiological reality. From nature, fromlife, from us!

The 4IR thinks it is so smart. Its glossypropaganda promises us smart mobilityin a smart economy, smart living andsmart governance for the smartpeople of tomorrow.

An experiment whichclosely involves the internationalscientific milieu, the one that wears awhite smock over camouflage: neverhas such a huge laboratory beenthought of before, and the old form oftotalitarianism, in a large part of theworld, is fading off to make way to softcontrol and management of bodies,more effective however than repressionand barbed wire.

As supporters of artificial intelligenceand their transhumanist fans haverepeatedly announced, the realstrength and power of these technolo-gies lies in the fact that they intervenein dealing with the new and mostcritical challenges the planet will befacing in the near future. We havebecome used to war as a model forreinforcing power and creating andmanaging new markets. Today, there isalso something new: a cybernetic andtranshumanist paradigm which ex-presses itself through algorithms, oftenleaving it to these to solve problems,something which is blended in the labwith surprising efficiency, where appsand prescriptions dressed up as

suggestions sent by smartphone in Chinahave turned millions of people intosanitary prison guards of themselves.

Around us, profound transformations needto be understood, the analyses we makewith the usual interpretations are limitedand reductive, they are not able to grasptoday’s transformations, power evolves andso must our analyses: this is the basis forundertaking and assigning priorities tofight for. How can one fight something onedoes not know? What one cannot under-stand? There are fundamental epochalshifts going on, shifts we need to under-stand. We have to see in which directionpower is moving, before it fully implementsits projects, so we do not come too late,and especially so they do not find us onceagain unprepared.

It is with this spirit that we are organisingthis year a second meeting, scheduled forthe month of July, in order to involveorganisations and individuals from variouscountries already engaged in a profoundand clear analysis of the present, andactively involved in opposition to thedevelopments of techno-sciences.An involvement which may break the glass

window of inevitability through which too many stare passively at the course ofevents. A meeting to reinforce critical thinking in discussion with otherorganisations and individuals, who may follow different paths, but share acommon desire to understand what is going on around us.

We shall focus on smart cities, 5G networks, artificial intelligence,transhumanism, artificial reproduction of human beings, genetic engineeringand redesigning of living beings through synthetic biology. ... According to corporate media anotherfour Vodafone cell phone towers weretorched in the 24 hours after therecent arson attacks targeting 5Ginfrastructure took place on April 2nd &3rd. 3G and 4G towers were also partof those destroyed, although it’s unclearif they were unintentionally sabotagedor not. Information about the attacksthemselves has been hard to ascertaindue to limited information being issuedby the mass media and rapid censor-ship of corporate social media.

Since the first attacks last week, atleast 20 attacks are reported to havetaken place across the country andthere are reports of engineers alsobeing questioned, harassed andattacked by people worried about 5G. Itis clear that whilst everywhere is inlockdown the continued expansion androll-out of 5G has remained a priority.The UK State regime and communica-tions corporations were forced to issuea statement describing the risks that5G poses to human health to be“baseless” and blamed the harassmentand attacks on “conspiracy theories”.Social media corporation Facebook tookdown several pages dedicated torecording and apparently inciting theanti-5G attacks and also had theirmessaging app company WhatsApplimit the forwarding ability of messages.This is part of a cross-platformcorporate attempt with Twitter, Google,Youtube etc to co-ordinate effortstogether with the State to censor andtrack what they are describing as“misinformation” about the origins ofCovid-19.

The most dominant of these unpermit-ted ideas being that 5G has a directcorrelational relationship to theCoronavirus pandemic, in that 5G has adirect negative effect on humansleading to a weakening of the humannervous and immune system.

Whilst it has already been proven thatair-pollution rates have a directrelationship with Covid-19 cases, andfor decades the authorities alsodeclared climate change to be a myth,we have to accept at face-value theirclaims, when even a small research ofthe background history of 5G revealsthe facts.

Without 5G, the governments and

corporations of this planet cannot buildtheir techno-prison-world to control usall. The ‘internet of things’, ‘smart cities’,dataveillance, autonomous robots,vehicles and drones, all these things allrequire the total dominance of the 5Gtechnology. If you do not want that, thenyou have every reason to see thistechnology burned to the groundalready.

Through focusing on the most outland-ish, reactionary and fascist narrativesthat are supposedly behind theCoronavirus pandemic (whilst engagingin dark arts of their own), the UKregime tries to defend itself during apeak moment of critical infrastructurevulnerability and people’s refusal toaccept the real coup which has takenplace.

What cannot be doubted is that otherState and non-State actors continue toexploit the crisis to advance their ownagenda through unconventional andquiet warfare. The entire world is at awar footing to fight each other and torepress their own people, massivetroop and armour movements acrossall the major territories are reported,the plans of contingency are put inplace and 2 billion people remain inlockdown.

This is the “conspiracy theory” – thatthe rich and the powerful connive witheach other to achieve their own ends,- ithas always been like this, and unless wedo something about it, it will always beso.
