HYDE PARKCLIENT: ZENTERRA DEVELOPMENTS At 28 Ave and 156 St, Surrey, BC, Hyde Park is a 157 Unit high end townhome site on steep natural topography with a significant rate of existing tree retention. The project preserved extensive green areas to promote storm water retention. For optimal accessibility, this complex features “master on main” type units. This project won the 2017 Grand Georgie Award for Residential Community of the Year for Hyde

Park – Phase 2.

THE HAMPTONSCLIENT: LEGENDARY DEVELOPMENTS LTD. & ESSENCE DEVELOPMENTS LTD.Civil Engineering services for “The Hamptons” community in South Surrey at 23 Avenue & 164 Street. With three distinct projects, it boasts 40 single family duplex lots, 74 townhomes on the north side of 23 Avenue, and 30 townhomes on the south side of 23 Avenue. Innovative “Storm Water Corridor” features along roadways promote rainwater infiltration at the source and organic bio-filtration, and underground infiltration trenches along the roadways enhance infiltration capacity of the overall system, better mimicking the original natural drainage behavior of the area, contributing to sustained watershed health.

THE SOUTHLANDSCLIENT: CENTURY GROUP GENERAL PARTNERSHIPLocated in Tsawwassen, BC, The Southlands is a 950-unit master planned development blending agriculture and residence in a true community. Significant land has been dedicated for enhanced agricultural use and contains a variety of single family and strata layouts, along with commercial and agricultural amenities at the heart of the community. The project includes extensive offsite civil servicing, including 2.3km of offsite water main, two water PRV stations, 2.5km of offsite sanitary main and a new municipal sanitary pump station. In addition to local infrastructure that promotes stormwater quality, the development provides improved utility and access services to the community.
