At BA Murphy Constructions, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver projects to our clients that showcase exceptional quality within timeframe and budget expectations. We are a multi-disciplinary construction

firm based in South East Queensland;

commercial, schools and educational

facilities, refurbishment, fit-outs, building

upgrades and development projects.

At BA Murphy, we manage the

entire design and construct process.

communication between our clients,

consultants, delivery team and

contractors to ensure everyone is well

informed each step of the way.

Ben Murphy Director

You could say that construction is in

Ben’s DNA. His father is a builder and

his great grandfather was a builder.

After completing schooling on the

Sunshine Coast, Ben commenced a

Carpentry Apprenticeship and has

never looked back. He has steadily

acquired the skills throughout his

career to move from an Apprentice

and Tradesman to a Supervisor,

Manager and Business Owner.

While BA Murphy Constructions directly

employs over 35 staff and works with

hundreds of tradespeople, suppliers

and consultants, Ben remains a very

hands-on operator. He works closely

with our team, regularly inspecting

jobs to ensure a high level of service

and quality is maintained at all times.

Each year we turn over hundreds of high quality houses, duplexes and dual occupancy dwellings for homeowners and investors alike, of the finest calibre. We are experienced in delivering products on both small zero boundary lots and common size blocks of land.

We add a personal touch to every project to create something that is not only

beautifully designed but functional and timeless. From acquisition through to

design, construction, handover and even management of an investment, we

continue to focus on our vision – to create the highest quality homes for people

Multi-residential

Multi-residential developments continue to increase in volume, driven by population growth. Our teams are passionate about delivering a product that property owners and investors are excited about and property occupiers love living in.

Our focus lies in creating spaces with generous free-flowing interiors, complemented by

the highest quality fixtures and fittings including modern appliances; modern kitchens,

dedicated laundry areas’ study nooks and living areas.

TERRACE, VILLAS & TOWNHOUSES

With land supply in tight demand and developers reducing the size of common lots

more and more owner occupiers, both first home buyers and downsizes are loving

our terrace collection.

DUPLEX & DUAL KEY

Dual Occupancy dwellings continue to increase in volume, driven by population

growth and by investors looking for high yield investments or they may have a build

and sell half, hold half strategy.

Charity involvement

We believe that success in business is meaningless without being able to give back

to your community and your loved ones.

We genuinely believe in having a positive and lasting impact on the communities we are fortunate to work in.

During 2016-17, Ben Murphy and his team, built ‘Murphy House’, the custom designed student accommodation complex at STEPS Pathways College. The College is the first of its kind in Australia, giving young adults with a disability the opportunity to learn skills for a lifetime of independence.

We are proud to be the major sponsor of STEPS Charity’s major annual appeal, The STEPS Grand Winter Ball. We support and host a range of fundraising events on behalf of STEPS Charity including race nights and golf days.

We believe we have a social responsibility to do what we can to create a stronger community, through the resources available to us; and we encourage all team members to give back to the community. This is exemplified in our work and the projects we are involved in.

BA Murphy are honoured to be the builders of the incredible EndED Butterfly House in Mooloolah Valley. This is the first residential care facility in Australia specifically for families suffering from eating disorders. This life changing facility aims to bring hope to countless Australian families.

In 2018 BA Murphy Constructions built two homes in the popular Aura development, donating 100% of our profits from this project to STEPS Charity.
