Step 1: Boot from Windows 10 Install CD

1. Insert Windows 10 install CD into the CD drive of your computer.

the SHIFT key 5 times in a row. This will open the Command Prompt instead of Sticky Keys application.

2. Type the following command to reset your password. Replace username with your account’s name, and newpassword with your desired password.
