Dachshund Dogs
Dachshunds are a breed of dog. They are short and
can weigh between 10 and 25 pounds. They can be
black, brown, or mixed colors. They can have short hair,
long hair, or wire hair. The encyclopedia says that
“dachshund” means “badger dog” in German. That’s
because they were bred to hunt badgers. Dachshunds
are very international dogs.
