Orientation Seminar
The Vector Genetics Laboratory (VGL) deals with research and trainingin the areas of population & molecular genetics, genomics andbioinformatics of insect vectors of human and animal disease. We havedeveloped a program aimed at expanding knowledge that may beapplied to improving control of vectorborne diseases and thataddresses problems of interest in the field of evolutionary genetics.
We are recruiting Undergraduate Student Research Participants for2014‐2015 academic year. The orientation seminar provides anopportunity to learn about the research being conducted at the VGL,to hear about opportunities offered to participating students and toarrange an interview for admission into the VGL undergraduateresearch program.
