New Features with PeopleSoft 9.2
1. New Human Resources Portal Layout
The Human Resources Portal and Employee Self-Service are now both accessible via https://hr.rcuh.com. If a user has access to the Human Resources Portal and is an RCUH employee, the user is able to toggle between the Human Resources Portal and Employee-Self Service views by clicking the tabs.
o Hire Employees – Initiate Regular Hire, Initiate Non-Recruited Hire, EHS Pending Hire Documents (checklist only) o Pay Employees – Preview Timesheet, Submit Timesheet, View Timesheet History o Manage Employees – Employee Changes (ePAF), Annual Pay Awards (PA/PAF), Retroactive Project Changes, Employee Job Descriptions, Search
All Transactions o Reports – eJV Summary Reports, UH Datamart Project Data, Distribution Code Listing

2. New Employee-Self Service Layout Timesheets and other important employee forms are listed on the Forms page. Please click “More…” to view other forms listed for each section.
o Personal Information – Personal Information Summary, Home and Mailing Address, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Name Change, Marital Status, Emergency Contacts, Driver’s License Data
o Payroll and Compensation – View Pay Statement, Compensation History, W-4 Tax Information, Hawai‘i State Tax Information, View W-2/W-2c Forms (if elected to view electronically)
o Benefits – Benefits Summary, 1095-C Consent, View Form 1095-C o Recruitment and Employment – Careers, Job Description, RCUH New Hire Documents, RCUH Training Enrollment, Personnel Action Deadline

Changes to the Position Request: o Navigation: Human Resources Portal > Hire Employees > Initiate Regular Hire o Yellow highlights to indicate required fields o Question for job description updates for current incumbents if the PRF references an established position o Ability to skip Attachment B and FA approval for direct projects o Save function on authorize panel instead of having to click “OK” then saving on the Recruit 2 panel o Ability to add multiple contacts
