ONLINE ORDERING THROUGH
REQUESTING AN ACCOUNT:
In order to register onto Online order processing,
please email the following information to
[email protected]:• Name, Email Address,
Phone Number, Fax Number,
• A Filled out copy of the VLCM – Department Equipment Form
• Once your account is created you will receive an email confirmation that will look like the image below.
• Click the link designated by the red arrow in the image to create a password for your account.

have been created you will log in by navigating to www.vlcmprint-slcc.com
• Enter in your SLCC email address in the field labeled “Email”
• Enter the password that you created from the last slide in the field labeled “Password”
• Upon logging in you will be able to:
• View products by selecting the tab titled “Products”
• View and edit your shopping cart by selecting the tab titled “View Cart”,
• Proceed to check out by selecting the tab titled “Checkout”,
• View all activity for your account by selecting the tab titled “Account Activity”
• To locate products select “Keyword” or “Part Number” in the search bar drop down, input your search data, and click “Search”:
Eg: Keyword “4200”Eg. Part Number “VALQ383942X”
You can also add and edit your “Favorite”or items by clicking on the My Favorites linkon the left of the page
Favorite products are easily accessible from anywhere on the website by using the paneon the left
ADDING ITEMS
To add items to your cart, Click on the item to open the item pagethen press the button
To add items to your favorites, Click on the item to open the item pagethen press the button
CHECKING OUT
• Once you have items in your saved cart, you are ready to check out.
• You can do so by clicking the “View Cart” tab
• Then pressing Checkout

Verify that your Billing & Shipping information is correct and press “Next”

• You will need to ensure that you click the circle next to “Credit Card”
• You can also enter special instructions here
• Click “Next” Button
CHECKING OUT - CONT
• Review your order to ensure that all the information, purchase terms, shipping address, and products ordered are correct.
• Once you verify this information click “Agree”
FINALIZING CHECKOUT / PAYMENT
• Once you have completed your order, you will need to enter your purchase card information on the “Finalize Payment” section.
• Once your card, billing, and shipping information has been entered you can enter the “Security code” to verify you are human and press “Submit”
CONFIRMATION SCREEN
You can print a copy of your order from here by pressing “Print”
PRINTING COPIES OF YOUR ORDERS
To print a copy of your order go to the “ACCOUNT ACTIVITY” Tab and click the Doc#
From the Document Page click the “Print” Button in the bottom right corner.
You can also email this order by selecting the “Email” Button
