The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is accepting proposals for a ConcessionKiosk and 225 sq. ft. of space at the Cyril E. King Airport for the sale of Tobacco and Perfume at theCyril E. King Airport. Proposals will be received electronically by the Authority until January 28,2021 at 4:00 p.m. All proposals shall be submitted to vipaprocurement@viport.com. A completecopy of the Request for Proposals may be obtained at a cost of $75.00, by completing the CreditCard Authorization Form located at www.viport.com and emailing it tovipaprocurement@viport.com.

A pre-proposal meeting and walk-through will be scheduled for Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at10:00 a.m. Please RSVP by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 by e-mailingvipaprocurement@viport.com.

The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the rights to waive any informalities in or reject any andall proposals, or to re-advertise. The proponent assumes full responsibility for the timely delivery oftheir response to the designated location.
