The Word Security Office has arrested two suspected agents of the US Deep State near Puerto La Cruz,

Venezuela. We are seeking extrajudicial transfer of these individuals, who are identified in the Barr-Gowdy

working papers as Target Oswego and Target Charlie-4. Tattoos and fingerprints are a match. Ties to Antifa in

US and Maduro administration in Venezuela are confirmed and we believe targets are responsible for

facilitating financial support for the escalating insurrection events in the US. Oswego and Charlie-4 are

currently being held offshore in international waters. We are prepared to transport targets to Goubétto Station

for further processing, but as both individuals are citizens of the United States, we seek your permission to
