If the schools will not perform better by implementing 6 hour workdays after a year, agreement may be

scrapped by SDS. Priority is pupil development.

Principals should regularly submit accomplishment report vis-à-vis the

reports of what was achieved. Ex teachers observed – indicate

names of teachers, subject, what were observed, TA given Meetings – who attended, agenda

agreed upon

RPMS validation – ASDS will look for approved administrative and supervisory plan with accomplishment

reports.

Reports of the principal should be pre-read by the PSDS and significant

findings should be reported every Monday at the EXECOM. To be submitted before the succeeding

month.

ASDS only reminded that plans should have materialized.

For secondary level, there should be no coordinator if there are department heads. But if there are no department

heads, subject area coordinators may be delegated. (SDO Core group

headed by ASDS to fine tune guidelines). Guidelines to be issued

next week. Implementation to follow. Delegation of special programs and subject area coordinators will be

17. Monitoring update

Hermosa Non-readers from other schools but also from within Hermosa 1 newly hired teacher was found to be

frequently absent. Another teacher who did not report for a month,

dropped from the rolls. TA by PSDS for school heads to

conduct innovative strategies. Double shifting in some schools due to repairs, construction.
