1. Communicate with InSTEED since May 20132. Set up the contents to upload in IVR 3. IVR system(Verboice) functioning is in December 20134. Hotline counseling is supported by RFSU-RHAC5. Radio broadcasting FM 95MHz on hotline counselor (from May 2013) & IVR system Verboice (from December 2013)

Why We Chose Verboice?It is an open source on web based platformUser friendly interface, easy to backup data, easy to manage and customizable report (export toExcel)Free to useChallengesDifficult to communicate with mobile operator to get the number for IVR system as well as setting up the IVR system in the platform through EZECOM. So this project got delayed until December 2013.

What problem do we want to solve?So far we have not encountered any problems.
